A discovery call is a 30-minute working conversation, not a sales pitch. We review your current helpdesk, ticket mix, peak hours, and where SLAs or QA are slipping, then walk you through what an operationalized version of your support would look like — staffing model, SOPs, QA scorecards, and reporting cadence.

It helps to have a rough monthly ticket count, the helpdesk and Shopify apps you use, your current coverage hours, and the top two or three ticket categories that eat the most time. If you don't have all of that handy, that's fine — bring what you have and we'll fill in the rest together.

After the call, you'll get a written recommendation and a tailored quote within a couple of business days. From there, most brands go live in two to four weeks depending on SOP depth and the helpdesk you're already running.
